“The LOVE Mural” honors the beautiful diversity of our world and connects us through the power of public art. It is through love that we can come together to solve our world’s most challenging issues, empowering us to listen and value one another. By touring LOVE to cities around our country and our world the power of the artwork will amplify positive energy authentically to our country and to our world, elevating consciousness and respect for all beings.

Every four years America becomes so busy dividing its self into red and blue states that it often forgets that we are the UNITED States, a nation that includes humans of all colors. This is why the time is now, prior to the next US presidential election that the artist Lisa Marie and her team are embarking on a journey to paint LOVE in in all 50 states by the end of 2024! By connecting with organizations all over our country who are committed to uplifting their communities , the artist will create magnetic hotspots sharing love, joy and connection through her rainbow LOVE mural! This epic undertaking is done with intention to work towards healing the separation and division that is the root cause of suffering by sharing color in diverse communities.
Following this first phase of painting her LOVE mural in all 50 states, the artist Lisa Marie will then take The LOVE Mural Tour international, painting her iconic geometry in all seven continents from 2025-2029. Once phase one and two are achieved the artist then intends to surround our world in LOVE by bringing the mural design to an international space station in 2030, truly painting our world a rainbow!
“The LOVE Mural” builds upon a broader message of acceptance.
The mural is a visual repression of all races, sexualities, gender identities, cultures, nationalities and religious affiliations. The artist views her LOVE design and harmonious color spectrum as a “flag of humanity” connecting all beings as love energy through harmonious color.

Watching how the original LOVE mural in Washington DC transformed Blagden Alley is incredible! Immediately the cups sold at the local coffee shop doubled as the mural art began to trend on social media. “The LOVE Mural” soon became an internationally know destination hotspot for photography and influencers. Celebrities such as Lady Gaga visited the mural. The businesses surrounding the mural boomed and the alley felt safe, joyful and inspiring!

“The LOVE Mural” inspires many actions of LOVE including pop-up weddings, engagement photos, dancing, exercising, dog walks, letters of love, expressions of gratitude and even proclamations of equity by CEOs happen in front of LOVE.

WHy THE RAINBOW?
The rainbow has been a symbol of hope from ancient times. It is referenced in the Bible when Noah sees a rainbow after the flood. It is the flag of many indigenous peoples, including the Inca Empire. It was used by Jessie Jackson’s coalition to champion diversity and eventual chosen by the artist Gilbert Baker in 1978 as the Pride flag.
While LGBTQ+ liberation is a corner stone of our message, “The LOVE Mural” also builds upon a greater message of love and acceptance for all souls upon their journey.
Lisa Marie’s rainbow colors are also inspired by yoga theory and understandings of the subtle energy and the chakra centers. Her harmonious spectrums are intended to calm the nervous system and provide a place for rejuvenation and joy, symbolizing that we are all interconnected.
