Lisa Marie and her team are a professional, organized group of artists with great communication skills. We will let you know how the project is going regularly and take photos and time-lapse videos along the way documenting the process to share with you.

Once we begin to paint your mural, the project will be our team’s top priority from start to finish. We will arrive on time every day to stay on track and be efficient to the best of our ability.

We are respectful of your space! We keep our work area tidy and clean up after the project is complete. We provide a full service package that makes mural painting appear like effortless magic!

Yes, at Lisa Marie Studio we are very knowledgeable about the media and can partner with you to help insure good coverage of our project.

At Lisa Marie Studio, LLC you can be sure that we always use the top grade primers and paints as this ensures the longevity of your mural. The specifics of the project and the design will determine the specific type of paint used.

Yes. Upon acceptance of the design an agreement will set forth the terms, scope of work, payment, and schedule under which you will commission Lisa Marie Studio, LLC to paint your mural. The agreement must be signed by both parties prior to beginning the mural installation work.

The design proposal will include one or two design concept sketches and up to three digital sketches of various mural angles. Once we meet to review you may request up to two changes during this stage of the process. Additional change requests may require an extra fee.

Included in your deposit, is one to two review sessions of the sketches while in process. This allows us to chat through any thoughts or concerns you may have about the design. If you choose to go it a completely different creative direction then what was originally discussed then additional design fees may be incurred. If you choose to not proceed with a mural then you will not be responsible for any further payments on the project. The design deposit is non-refundable.

While you own the physical mural, the copyrights to the design and artwork will remain with the artist and Lisa Marie Studio LLC. If a copyright is requested by the client attentional compensation will incur and the transfer of ownership must be agreed upon in a written agreement.

In your project agreement Lisa Marie Studio, LLC can grant you a license for the rights to use your mural for the promotion of your company. If you are interested in additional licensing terms for the production of merchandise, those terms must be discussed and agreed to in writing and will require an additional fee.

All artist assistants working with Lisa Marie Studio, LLC are required to sign work-for-hire agreements prior to start of the project releasing any claim to the ownership of the artwork. This assistant agreement also holds the artist and location harmless from any claims.

Yes, an anti-graffiti coating can be applied to the surface of the mural for an additional fee. This coating will protect your mural and allow for easy clean up in the case that it is needed.

You have the right to remove the mural at your discretion. We do kindly ask you keep us informed if this is the case so that we may update maps and communications accordingly.

Yes. Lisa Marie Studio carries general liability coverage and will add your location as additionally covered upon your request.

A non-refundable payment of $2,000 is required prior to beginning the design stage of your mural.

Lisa Marie Studio, LLC will invoice you via. Quick Books software for all project payments. A direct deposit made directly to this invoice is the preferred method of payment. Credit card payments are accepted upon request for an additional fee. Checks are also accepted.

Yes payment plans are available upon request. Installment are required prior to the beginning of our work and will be scheduled and outlined in your project agreement. The balance is always due the last day of the painting installation.

Please book a Creative Call with us in the scheduler below. We we then email a form to gather some basic information about you and your mural project.

Upon acceptance of your project estimate and we will invoice you for the design deposit and get started designing your beautiful new mural artwork!

Once you have approved the design we will schedule the mural installation and invoice you for half of the remaining project budget. Then the exciting part beings and we begin to paint your mural! 😄
